1. Who We Are

24Steady (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the 24Steady web application (the “App”), a mobile-first AI chat tool designed to help users make calm, informed food decisions in real time. 24Steady is owned and operated by Clear Core Labs LLC.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 24Steady, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the App on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Description of Service

24Steady provides an AI-powered chat interface to help users think through food choices in real time. The App is a decision-support tool only. It does not provide medical advice, nutritional counseling, dietary treatment, or mental health services. See Section 10 (Disclaimers) for full detail.

4. Account Registration

To use 24Steady, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

24Steady operates on a subscription model. By starting a trial or subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Subscription Fee: After the trial, your subscription will automatically renew at $12.99 per month unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Billing: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
• Refunds: All sales are final except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at info@24steady.com.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use 24Steady only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or interact with the App
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through the chat interface
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its outputs without our written permission
• Use the App to harass, harm, or exploit others

We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these terms.

7. Your Content

When you use 24Steady, you may share personal information including food choices, preferences, and habits. You retain ownership of the content you submit. By using the App, you grant 24Steady a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We do not use your personal conversation content to train AI models or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, features, and technology comprising the 24Steady App — including but not limited to the name, logo, AI system prompts, and user interface — are the property of Clear Core Labs LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

24Steady integrates with the following third-party services:

• Stripe: for payment processing. Use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• OpenAI: AI responses are generated via OpenAI's API. Conversation content is transmitted to OpenAI for this purpose. OpenAI's use of API data is governed by their data processing terms and privacy policy. OpenAI does not use API-submitted data to train its models by default.

We are not liable for the actions, content, or policies of any third-party services.

The following disclaimers apply in full and are a material part of these Terms:

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 24Steady and its owners, operators, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 24Steady and its principals, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to 24Steady at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us at info@24steady.com to request deletion of your account and data.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Liability Disclaimers, constitute the entire agreement between you and 24Steady with respect to the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
