• Stripe: for payment processing (governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy)
• OpenAI: conversation content is transmitted to OpenAI's API to generate AI responses, governed by OpenAI's data processing and privacy terms. OpenAI does not use API data to train its models by default.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers: necessary to operate the App, under confidentiality agreements
• Legal authorities: if required by law or to protect the safety of users or the public

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and conversation data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
